Desur Timeline

The company began its operations in the 1970, initially with actives on the agricultural sector. Over time, it transitioned to urbanizing these areas and further developing them in the Central-West region of Brazil                   

 In the 1990, the company expanded its activities to the state of São Paulo. In 1994, it formally established Desur(Urban Desenvolopment), dedicated to executing projects and cultivating city development.

Desur began acquiring urban areas to develop planned neighborhoods designed to enhace people`s quality of life                        

  With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Desur has developed 4,325 residential and commercial properties in the state of São Paulo, including the construction of 600 houses           

  In 1994, the company developed the Santa Marina neighborhood in the city of Jacareí with more than 1,600 units.             

Committed to improving the quality of life for the community people, Desur donated an area of 28,857.78 m² for the constrution of the new Interstate Bus Terminal in Jacareí 2001. This project directly benefited more than 2.5 milion people, promoting the integration of the city with the main centers of the Paraíba Valley and facilitaing access to the Detra Highway                   

 Aligning whit the urban growth of the area, the Parque dos Sinos neighborhood was launched in 2002 whit 1,699 residential and commecial units                   .          

 In 2009, the company expanded forming a new division, TAG Incorporadora, dedicated to working on more luxury projects.                           

 In 2014, Desur entered into a partnership whit the municipality of Jacareí to create, in their respective areas, the largest theater and educational center in the Paraíba Valley region. the projects, designed by architect Ruy Ohtake was built and Developed by the construction company Porto, the  project led to the creation of the Ohtake Theater and  Cultural Center
